In June my wife and I were heading to Hendersonville for a wedding and happended to see your sign on the interstate and stopped in for a late lunch. OMG the beef brisket was absolutely fantastic and so tender it was falling apart on the fork. That coupled with your horseradish sauce was so fantastic we ordered three pounds of brisket and more sause to pick up on our way home the next day.
I can't wait to get some more of both.
